Dueling Axes is checking in at The DogHouse, Columbus’ very own BrewDog craft beer hotel & brewery, for the Dueling Axes Summer Sessions! That’s right, we’re teaming up with BrewDog to bring brewery axe throwing to its patio on select dates from May 12 to August 18.

What to Expect

Join us on these select Friday and Saturday nights to enjoy some of the nicest days Ohio has to offer, along with some of the best brews in the world at The DogHouse Canal Winchester location.

You can throw just like you do in one of our physical Columbus Axe Throwing locations. Make your axe throwing reservation right here or on the BrewDog event page, or try your luck at getting a spot by walking in. When booking online, a 4-person minimum group is required. Our experienced staff will be there to guide you through training, cheer you on and get you hitting those bullseyes.

*Remember during the booking process that you will be able to choose an option that includes a beer as part of your reservation fee. Choose accordingly.

When you make a reservation, you’ll:

Choose between being an ordinary thrower – “Thrower” – OR
Choose to have your reservation include an adult beverage – “Thrower + Adult Beverage”
Choose among 30-, 60- and 90-minute reservation time options
Get your guaranteed lane time at the time you choose
Gain Access to the full BrewDog food and drink menu
Battle friends to earn the title of Axe Throwing GOD

The Important Stuff

Due to potential changes in the pop-up experience dates/times for inclement weather or other factors, reservations CANNOT be made more than 2 weeks in advance.

NOTE: When making your reservation, you will be asked if your participants are a “Thrower” or a “Thrower + Adult Beverage.” A selection must be made. If you select “Thrower + Adult Beverage,” you will receive a drink ticket when you check into your reservation that can be redeemed for The Headliner or Cider Can at the main bar inside BrewDog. The drink ticket can also be redeemed for non-alcoholic beers or sodas for those who do not want alcohol.

Are you a DogHouse hotel guest? When making your reservation online, only pay the deposit. When checking in for your reservation, mention you are a hotel guest and get 10% off your reservation cost. Or give us a call at 614.221.1600.

WEATHER POLICY:

Dueling Axes reserves the right to cancel this reservation due to weather conditions that are outside of our control. We will try to give all parties impacted by the weather cancelation as much advanced notice as possible. We apologize in advance if weather impacts your reservation, and will refund any payments made in full.

PRIVATE PARTY POLICY:

From time to time the Dueling Axes Mobile Axe Throwing Facility will be rented out for private use. Private bookings may overlap a reservation you have created for a date previously scheduled at BrewDog. If a private event impacts the reservation you created and it needs to be canceled, Dueling Axes will refund in full any payments you made. Reservations for our BrewDog pop-up experience have been limited to 2-weeks in advance to limit the possibility of this happening.
